What to include

Most of what I would otherwise have to ask for, in one message. None of it is required — send what you have and I will ask if something matters.

• The contest URL you were looking at, for example codeforces.com/contest/2210/standings.
• Which tab — university standings, or university rating changes.
• The organization, and whether it was detected automatically or chosen manually.
• The exact message on screen, if there was one. A screenshot is ideal.
• The extension version, from chrome://extensions.

Please do not send your password, and there is never a reason to send an API key — the extension does not use one.

Try this first

Four things account for nearly every report, and all of them are quicker to fix yourself than to wait on an email.

The university tabs are not there at all

Reload the Codeforces tab. A freshly installed or updated extension does not attach to pages that were already open. The tabs appear on an individual contest, such as /contest/<id>/standings — not on gyms, mashups or a combined Div. 1 + Div. 2 view.

It says there are no rating changes

Either Codeforces has not published them yet, or the contest is unrated and never will have them. Long unrated events such as the ICPC Online Challenges are the second case, and the extension now says which one applies.

Someone from my university is missing

An organization's rating list is not a directory of everyone who registered there, so members who have never been rated may not be listed — and a differently spelled organization name is a separate organization on Codeforces. Add the missing handles in the Extra members box in settings, then use Refresh members.

It is showing the wrong university, or an old one

The detected organization is remembered for about an hour and the member list for about a day. After changing your organization on Codeforces, open settings and use Refresh members, or Try detection again on the setup screen, rather than waiting it out.

What I cannot help with

This is an independent extension, not affiliated with Codeforces. Anything about your Codeforces account, your rating, a contest verdict or a hack is theirs, not mine — those go to Codeforces. I also cannot see your data: the extension has no server, so there is no account of yours for me to look up.
